Taking part in the Leadership in Management programme with Leadership Trust has been an amazing experience — one that I wish I had done ten years ago. The intensity of the residential week, with its constant projects, reviews, and reflection, was both challenging and rewarding. I learned so much about myself and about leadership in such a short space of time. It’s not for the faint-hearted — it pushes you far outside of your comfort zone — but the growth and insight you gain make it truly invaluable. I am so pleased to have joined and look forward to applying what I’ve learned to better support my team and our goals.
