The design of the program is world class. The Trust team are incredibly skilled and the hospitality and support teams work tirelessly to ensure it is the most exceptional experience. I’ve come away feeling hugely impressed and deeply grateful.

Excellent course and the experiential part of the course was perfectly pitched and tested everyone across the week! I think the facilitators could have done more to challenge certain negative behaviours, especially when someone was getting aggressive. I also think facilitators could intervene a lot more to probe and prompt discussion rather than just expecting the group to share.
Very enlightening! It was nice have an experiential time exploring my management capabilities.
