Enabled significant self examination and a deeper understanding of myself and what is holding me back. I’m not sure if the course is deliberately so intensive (assuming it is!) but some reflection time would have been welcome. And maybe making the scenarios a bit more modern!
It’s a very thought provoking process that tests every aspect of your being
Really good and insightful course, great revelations about myself. Deeply frustrating at times during the task but so so worth while
Wow. Really was an insightful and informative learning opportunity
Came into the course not knowing what I was going to learn or what it would contain. When I left I felt this perception had changed alot.
Thoroughly enjoyed the process. It got intense at times but that was good to really break me down and see what sort of person I am.
Great course content, intense program but I can see how this generates the required impact.
Excellent programme. Very diverse, so much to be learned not only from the course but from other delegates. Vibrancy and variety of the course eradicates even the slimmest chance of the course stagnating. Environment was extremely safe at all times and really provided all delegates with the opportunity to grow and learn.
Great venue. Beautiful landscape and area. Rooms could be a little better but didn’t spend much time there!
Incredibly beneficial. Learned a huge amount about myself and from others. I will be implementing a lot going forward.
