Great day and enjoyable. Will certainly remember a lot of the course content
I felt the course was very much geared towards a face to face enforcement role. Not all confrontations are face to face so an extra stem could have been added where observations couldn't be met. I hate leaving on a negative note as i really did enjoy the course. Many thanks
