The course was very good. II didn't expect to be given as many tools to de-escalate a situation and am very happy that depending on the situation, I can chose a model to follow.

I would like to see this course extended into a 2 day delivery. With the 2nd day being one where practical experience is an option with role related exercises and hands on feedback from trainers. However information provided on the day was excellent.
