The practical aspect of the training was amazing and fun. I enjoyed every bit of it

Some aspects of the training not relevant for my job ie. Moving and handling

Johnathan was very instructive

Everything was explained well and with practical practice

The course was well explained and time taken so everybody got engaged

He was very knowledgeable, professional, Efficient and made everyone feel welcome👍🏾 PS: Would help if he had an opinion to transfer feedback to management that the NHS standard hours of 12hrs shifts as a standard - are Draconian, mentally stressful and the number one cause of staff burnout!!! Instead he just smiled and nodded which we presumed to mean - despite HSF Group position and ability to speak up as major advocates for it's service users to the key health care policy makers - it won't be bothered🤔
