Trainer was lovely and interesting. There was a lot of information and fortunately I’ve had previous training in these areas so it was a refresher rather than fresh learning.

Provision of tea was not adequate for the day

Poor seating struggled to sit comfortable to gain eye contact with instructor.needed a bigger room too hot and uncomfortable chairs.
