It is very interactive. A good refresher course discussing the main points and importance of care skills.

There was no printed material provided as they used to do previously, which is always handy to refer and add points during the training session. The trainer Andra was amazing who managed to keep up the interest throughout the session.

More hoists in the training room Trainer was very good and made me feel relaxed
