Very very very well explained left no details out probably one of the best training I have had over the last 15 years as everything was so smooth and was explained in detail and was very helpful Karen was so good please do let her know aisha said this as I havent met a trainer like her the way she explained everything

I thoroughly enjoyed the CSTF Mandatory Refresher Course and found both the content and delivery excellent. Having attended this course several times over the years, it was great to return for a refresher and revisit the key learning in such an engaging way. This was my second time attending the course with Kevin as the facilitator, and I enjoyed his delivery just as much this time as I did the first time. Kevin is a lively, engaging and attentive facilitator who brings great energy to the training. He has a sharp mind and an impressive ability to remember each participant’s name and profession, which creates a very personal and inclusive learning environment. His attentiveness made everyone feel recognised and encouraged participation throughout the day. Despite being a full-day mandatory refresher course, Kevin kept the session interesting, interactive and engaging. There was certainly no shortage of laughter throughout the day, which made the learning experience feel relaxed, enjoyable and memorable while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. His delivery was clear, professional and well-paced, with an excellent balance between covering the required material and keeping participants involved. Kevin has a natural ability to connect with the group, create a positive atmosphere and make what could otherwise feel like a routine refresher course genuinely enjoyable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the refresher course and, once again, found Kevin’s facilitation to be a real strength. His knowledge, energy, attentiveness, humour and personable approach made the training both enjoyable and worthwhile.
