I had a wonderful and knowledgeable experience

Overall session was very good

Sit was an interesting and educative section. Knew knowledge acquired, Greatful for the time and all I learned and hope to apply all I have learnt to my daily care routine and life.

Trainer was very lovely and kind….didn’t release the time how pass quickly, revised some topics which were really helpful for daily routine.

The training section was very interactive, the trainer involves everyone on every stage training section , I will rate it 10/10

I gain a lot of knowledge because the trainer is an expert
