Overall alright except that coffee and tea facilities were removed too early

The venue's geographical location is good but tea and coffee services were restricted/limited. We were only required to have the hot drinks just once on arrival, and soon after our 1st break, the teas and coffee where already cleared and we where told that we cannot have any more. Some had not even used the services, thinking we will have tea or coffee at break time.

A lot to take on board, some very short sessions. Will require one to follow up on reading. However the knowledge and pace were good.

The course is well informative

Excellent venue, great trainer. Better than last year!

It was interesting

The venue is unpleasant. Perhaps the dirtiest toilets. Seems never been cleaned. Reception rude and dismissive.

Ranjit was amazing! He was very thorough. He explained everything in detail, especially using examples. He allowed space for questions. Excellent trainer overall.

Drinks very poor quality and warm water not hot.

The place was cold and drink which where there was cold.
