Trainer Tamara. Good update on relevant topics. Trainer was interactive and enthusiastic, encouraged interaction and sharing stories.

OK would have liked a longer practical session. Tamara was approachable.

Good engaging course, but poor timekeeping (breaks going at least 10 mins over the agreed time) was frustrating and the ending felt rushed. Some videos shown were good and fun, but one specific one (mrs Doubtfire) felt irrelevant and too long (disengaging the class). Otherwise good content

A good trainer. Clear and easy to talk to. Explained facts in full and was willing to address our concerns

Tamara took the course which was good and kept us focused. Covered updates and practicals in manual handling, CPR , choking .

Good knowledge achieved

Alot to cover but we got there in the end
