Poor communication. Difficult interaction. She was rude to several people. I question her sanity and ability to train on this course. The whole day was a total waste of time.

It was well planned and well organized. Thank you very much, you are one of the best. Hope to meet you again.

She really did well, all the practical elements were displayed and she asked everyone of us to make use of them and also created groups for us to be able to interact with one another.

I enjoyed the training,Karen was amazing she explained all topics clearly and I found the training quite knowledgeable, and it will helps me to carry out a better understanding in doing Care to people that we care for.
