Gillian is an excellent trainer She demonstrated knowledge on the most recent recommended and updated practices

The lecture was compressive and educative.

Some equipment’s are not working but the trainer knows her stuff. Venue is average but location easy to find and near public transport.

The trainer was awful kept stopping when people went to the to toilet Very rude we couldn't ask questions she kept telling us she didn't have enough time as there was a lot of people on the course. She shouted at a few people for not doing something right when they just need to be told how to do it properly no need for shouting really discouraging and Intimidating as we are all adults. Worst training ever to be honest
