The course is too long for a refresher.

We were not supplied handouts. The trainer was interactive all day and kept me interested. Giving the group active questions to answer in a group made us think about the questions given and how we apply to our daily work.

The course was helpful. I really appreciate the trainer and overall team for this opportunity.
