The trainer was excellent throughout the session. They demonstrated strong knowledge and delivered the course content clearly and confidently. Even though the hoist was unavailable due to a fault, the trainer still ensured we received thorough and effective verbal training on its correct use, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Their ability to adapt and still provide high-quality guidance was greatly appreciated. Overall, the session was engaging, informative, and very well delivered.
