Well delivered, good content overrall

Went into a lot of history and kept things simple

There was an awful lot of sensationalising and talking about HCAs or nurses who had gone to jail for something or another - whilst that is interesting (and terrifying) in small doses there was too much of it. I felt that some topics were really dragged out and could have been brought to an end more succinctly allowing time for other important information.

Stephen was an amazing instructor who has provided excellent training,I am happy to say I am leaving with a great confidence.
