Karen explains policies, procedures, and practical skills clearly — including important topics such as the Mental Capacity Act, person-centred care, safe moving and handling, and documentation — making even complex guidance easy to understand and apply. She is always approachable, listens well to our questions, and takes time to ensure everyone feels confident before moving on. Her teaching style is supportive and encouraging, and she always connects what we learn directly to the best care for the people we support.
