The trainer was patient to elaborate with precision and accuracy. Questions were responded to professionally with illustrations and life experiences. New lessons regarding legislation and policies were learnt and understood.

Useful update but unable to follow satisfactorily because there was no training booklet to write, comments and make useful notes. John said this is because some participants leave their booklets behind after training. I find this difficult to believe. Also the use of microphone should be considered because sometimes you can't hear the trainer properly.
