Nice hotel but our room was cold in the morning. Fortunately Jo was able to get us moved for the late morning session

Training went well,trainer was very clear and kept asking if we had questions and needed her to explain more. She gave us time and interacted well. I felt relaxed than what I thought I was bit nervous.

Very enjoyable day. Kevin was a bundle of energy, with an amazing memory and made the day fun and interactive. Everyone joined in and chatter and laughter were abound. His knowledge of the subject matters was immense with lots of stories to help with relevance. Everyone was made to feel comfortable and relaxed
