The trainer is experienced, professional, making effective use of our scenarios to discuss and connecting well to the workshop materials. It's good balance between discussion and understanding of the training materials.

I really enjoyed this course (Accountability in Action: Transforming Teams and Building Trust), I didn't know 100% what to expect with the content, but it was really insightful and interesting. Karen is very conscientious, pays attention to who has contributed, who has not, asks in a none intrusive way, is aware of those with camera off that may be currently engaged with something else. Really open to input and discussion and gave us some really useful documents and insights into how to use this in our roles!

The pace and timing are great for reflecting on your own practice, allowing time for everyone to chat, reflect, and think together. Now, it’s about transferring this into our practice.

I think the training provides clear tools and strategies for understanding what accountability truly means. I am looking forward to exploring the actionable steps for fostering ownership and focusing on solutions. The interaction throughout the meeting was really helpful to reflect on our own practices

Very interesting training that went into a lot of useful ideas that I will look into further. Sending the extensive training materials afterwards is very helpful, as is going over our original introductory comments to make sure every point was addressed.

Really great, responsive trainer with excellent knowledge and emotional intelligence, adapting the content to us really seamlessly.

I really appreciated the clear outline of the content. I also appreciated the balance between Karen providing notions and then the time to reflect on and address our own projects in the group.

A very informative, impactful and well paced training. David made it relaxing and enjoyable. He has a great sense of humour and is accommodative.

As above, for me seeing some of the project management software and tools available was interesting, some of the exercises seemed a little long-winded for the point they were trying to put across, the exercise of the boxes with x,y, 10, 15, 20 etc seemed a little over-complicated for what it was trying to communicate. The use of Zoom was really frustrating, there were issues for the trainer when he was trying to share content and if we 'left' the call during the breaks it meant a long wait before we could be let back into the call and we had no way of contacting the trainer to let him know we couldn't get back in, I was messaging colleagues on Microsoft teams to ask if they could ask for me to be let back in. The trainer was very chirpy and positive and did a good job at getting attendees to engage and interact :-)
