The training was very enjoyable. It was a great opportunity to connect with colleagues from different regions, reinforce my working style, reflect on my approach, and apply these skills in my day to day work.

A very engaging course that started me thinking in lots of new ways about Project Managment, with lots of useful examples and chances to apply the content in group settings. Karen was lovely to learn from, and was engaging for the whole day. She is very talented in teaching and presenting this information in a digestible and interesting manner. I'm looking forward to going over the material again with the background that she has given.

I really enjoyed the overall experience and course. It was very interactive and its very insightful to listen to other people's approaches, experiences and areas they do project management. I've seen project management can be very challenging but it's very good to consider loads of facets before approaching it, making sure you're level headed and go in with a good plan

This course has given me a better understanding of the project management framework, which helps me better understand my position within the larger whole. This course has also given me a better understanding of the terminology used in my team, making it easier to follow the structures and process thinking that is in place. I am also walking away with tools to help me take some more control over my section within a project, eventually leading workstreams to a successful close.

I thought Karen was a natural presenter. As well as presenting she was also a great listener and very personable. She kept the course engaging and informative throughout without getting too bogged down in the theory. I particularly liked how she kept linking it back to our own experiences and projects to give it a real life perspective.

This course has reinforced my confidence in the risk management process that we already implement, and given clearer guidance into Project Management as a whole - very valuable course, I will be leaning on what I have learnt - especially in terms of project reporting and analysis - and also wrapping up a project, making sure to celebrate the success and review lessons learnt. I really enjoyed the training and learning more about the components of Project Management. It made me think about what I already apply to my work when it comes to Project Management. I do implement some of the planning and risk assessment and mitigation aspects, but at a novice level. This training will enable me to apply these at a higher and more robust level, which will help me in my work.
