Thanks for the course, it made things a lot clearer. Since I joined the organization, there have been many discussions about projects that I will have to lead, but having had no experience in project management, I was quite worried about how to go about it. Having participated in this, I am a little more confident about how to go about recording and managing aspects of the project.

it would be nice to spend some time on tools for project management - to be really introduced to them so that you can get out of the course with a better idea what would work for your own needs

I think the training provides clear tools and strategies for understanding what accountability truly means. I am looking forward to exploring the actionable steps for fostering ownership and focusing on solutions. The interaction throughout the meeting was really helpful to reflect on our own practices

As above, for me seeing some of the project management software and tools available was interesting, some of the exercises seemed a little long-winded for the point they were trying to put across, the exercise of the boxes with x,y, 10, 15, 20 etc seemed a little over-complicated for what it was trying to communicate. The use of Zoom was really frustrating, there were issues for the trainer when he was trying to share content and if we 'left' the call during the breaks it meant a long wait before we could be let back into the call and we had no way of contacting the trainer to let him know we couldn't get back in, I was messaging colleagues on Microsoft teams to ask if they could ask for me to be let back in. The trainer was very chirpy and positive and did a good job at getting attendees to engage and interact :-)

It was a useful course and the workbook will be good to refer to in real projects. Some of the activities during the workshop were not challenging or relevant enough.
