Steve had the patience of a saint, gave me confidence with his knowledge.
Course was very good and ran at a good pace. The instructor was knowledgeable, pleasant and approachable making the whole learning experience enjoyable.
Only issue I had was people not wearing masks whilst walking around.

All in all a good course & certainly a lot to take in, in a day. As an experienced installer, this was a box-ticking exercise for me but can imagine it would be quite a lot to take on for a new EV starter. Some slides are slightly blurred or maybe I need glasses. The main focus seems to be on domestic which is pretty straight forward but would be good to pay a little more attention to commercial installations.
Joga was great and was clear, concise and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the course. the score has been marked down because I believe the practical element was limited to a few shows and tells and with the exception of some maths calculations, there wasn't much exercises.
It's a very busy 3 days of learning and practicing - it felt quite full on early on however the nature of the training and of our trainer Chris meant I was quite assured that I would be adequately equipped with the necessary skills for the online exam.
