Another great course which followed on nicely from the installer 1. In addition to the course content, being in the trade himself, Nicky was able to offer an insight into real world situations and also offer advice on running a business and the expectations of the customer.

- Sam was excellent - We covered way more than I expected (Which was great) - Some of the equipment could do with replacing (several Sockets/Switches etc were faulty) - Sandwiches were great - Staff were very helpful - The main room where we did the training could have done with some more natural light

This course delivered everything I expected plus a lot more! Sam is very knowledgeable and his professional yet patient teaching method enabled me to learn a lot.

I had a great 5 day course of the 2391-52 and couldn't fault any of it. The tutor Sam Craig really knows what he's talking about. And has definately helped me through the course every step of the way. I would recommend this test centre to any of my friends that wish to do the same course.

Knowledgable instructor, professional attitude. Couple of issues where audio dropped for individuals but it wasnt picked up on I dont think. Audio in online videos noticably lower than online conversation. Otherwise excellent
