Another course done with PTT! Venue and staff absolutely spot on - another well run course which has the right balance to enable learning at a fairly fast pace whilst in a relaxed atmosphere.
The course has given me alot more knowledge, Dorian the trainer was excellent explained everything well and was very helpful.
Very good course overall, and applicable to my role within Vodafone.
Would like to thank the instructor again on how he delivered the course applying both practical and theory knowledge with own experience to enhance training element.

The course tutor was very knowledgeable and delivered the course in a very professional manner. The whole team were very helpful and supportive, as I had to leave the course early due to a family emergency and they did everything they could, once I'd left, to ensure I had the right knowledge to pass the course from home with an online quiz. I would certainly recommend this course and training centre to my colleagues and friends/family.
No issues with the course - it was great. Well delivered and informative. Only issue i had is when i downloaded the course notes they had Proactive Technical Services across the notes which is not really what you want to see when you have paid in excess of £300 for the course. You wouldn't want to see BS7671 across your Regs Book.
Great training facility. Course was well taught and was concise whilst remaining informative and delivered in a good way with course notes given along side the lecture.
