During the three day course, all staff that I engaged with were welcoming and helpful, and the refreshments were always made sure to be stocked up. Couldn't recommend the training site enough to anyone looking to work within the electrical division.

Overall very good. Some topics not really relevant but cant help that. Could have spent more time on practising the theory.

My tutor Dorian Cole was very good. Affable and approachable guy who knew his subject well. Nice guy.

Course was good and provided the training I needed

Good course, helped me pass Level 3 as I needed this for new legislation. It helped that it was only two days long due to time off work and cost. The trainer was very good, conscious of everyone's requirements and helped as much as he could throughout. As I have been in the industry for over 22 years it helped as a refresher course.

Very well run course, Joga was excellent learnt a lot from him. very easy to understand and willing to help when students required, a very patient and knowledgeable instructor.

Course presentation was done very well. It covered everything I could see that I require at Cat 1 level

Avtar who was running the course seemed a real nice chap. He would take the time to recap on different items if need be.

Great trainer clear spoken and training pace was good.

You should have a N/A option for some of these questions - eg I had no input or sight of the booking process.. I enjoyed the course and I thought the instructor was excellent. The only thing I would have liked to see added is maybe a small section on appreciation of some install faults or poor installation practices, things to look out for, things to avoid etc.. I do realise though that these suggestions would not be covered within the C&G terms or aims of this particular course.. Overall though I did find it to be very good and comprehensive and I definitely came away with a lot more knowledge of the subject - by 200% at least :) thanks PTT, brian nolan
