Overall I’m very happy with the training provided. A big thanks to Ian for being a great instructor, he clearly knows his stuff and made the course engaging and easy to follow throughout. He explained things clearly, answered questions well, and was always well prepared and on time. There was never a moment where we weren’t learning something, which made the three days feel very productive. He also created a really approachable environment, which makes a big difference when you’re spending that amount of time on a course. He prepared us very well for the exam at the end, running through plenty of practice questions so we felt confident going into it. The exam itself was carried out on a remote machine which was quite slow and made things more difficult than expected. However, this didn’t seem to be related to Academy Class, so I wouldn’t mark the training down because of it.

Great course made even better by the tutor Ian, really explained things well and when a question was aired they took the time to walk through each aspect and make sure the understanding was there. would definitely recommend this course to others.

Great instructor!

Very beneficial for our use case. This course answered many of our questions about how to do certain functions.

Ian did a fantastic job, every second of class-time was utilized to teach. He also did an amazing job of intentionally using repetition as we learned a new skill, to build on older skills. So by the end of the class, we had several chances to practice all the skills we learned. He was incredibly patient and tailored his examples to our specific needs as a company. Highly recommend!

Interactive and insightful course with a patient and informative tutor.

The training was bespoke for us and this made it especially useful because we were taught using our actual files. The trainer knew his stuff and understood what we are trying to achieve. He was able to respond to our questions as we went along ,and the training notes provided will be particularly useful to us as we now try to put the training into practice. The price of the course was really reasonable, especially at a time when budgets are tight.

Really engaging and informative 2 day session, instructor was able to tailor the content to my specific role and the tools I was most likely to be using, covered all the basics and gave lots of really helpful tips and keyboard shortcuts to make things easier.
