Our trainer was really helpful in consolidating the course material and giving a full breakdown of the contents.

I preferred the old structure of the sessions - one week of sessions 4 days in a row followed by the exam on the 5th, however this is fine too.
For the next cohort, participants should receive details of the workshop model and program expectations immediately after signing up. This can be delivered through a short introductory video that clearly explains the structure, objectives, and participant responsibilities.
I'm not too comfortable talking to people I don't know so I struggle in the group tasks a little bit but other than that, the delivery and content was very useful.
Going through the proformas was very useful and aids in understanding.
