The portal could have been easier to use at times. E.g. it wasn't that obvious as to how to find course content.
Overall, the course was well structured and the materials were clear and practical. The self-assessment questions and FAQ were especially helpful for reinforcing understanding. I would appreciate keeping the traditional course format. Thank you for the support and organization.

The overall STEP Diploma - International Trust Management path to TEP status has been a great experience in terms of the learning content, time provided to review materials, instructor led sessions prior to the exam, and the actual exam process (which has improvements during the time I have completed all of the courses), made this a manageable process towards this designation especially for working individuals
