Great course, great venue, thoroughly enjoyed it

- Great customer services - Good delivery of materials - interesting case studies - I liked the small tests that got me thinking differently

A very positive experience

Short quiz using kahoot or any other platforms would be very nice to make the session more interactive and fun.

A good course, tailored to my role, challenges and organisation. I couldn't ask for more.

I left the course feeling inspired, more confident, and with clear strategies I can implement straight away. Super super happy with my experience with LBTC and will be looking to return in the not too distant future!

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to our moderator, Walla, for being very supportive and kind. She welcomed me upon arrival, explained everything clearly before the first class began, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout.

I had a really great time learning at a good pace and received amazing pre and onsite support from Walaa. The consultant (Hilall) was also really skilled in her delivery and went the extra mile in sharing useful professional tips. Aside from suggesting the inclusion of a tour of the city / tourist site as part of the overall experience, the course / experience met my expectations.
