I had a really great time learning at a good pace and received amazing pre and onsite support from Walaa. The consultant (Hilall) was also really skilled in her delivery and went the extra mile in sharing useful professional tips. Aside from suggesting the inclusion of a tour of the city / tourist site as part of the overall experience, the course / experience met my expectations.

The course was flawless in its content delivery, providing clear, practical knowledge and engaging learning experiences. However, the lunch and finger food options during breaks were somewhat limited and could be improved to enhance overall participant comfort and satisfaction.
