The course was honestly below my expectations.
Need to make the course more practical.....standards are about specific definitions given, provisions and disclosure requirements. It is expected that each course on IPSAS should be complemented with the use of figures.
Hard to concentrate when cleaners empty the dishwasher. Calculators should also be provided.
