The material covered many topics in understanding how to identify gaps by using internal and external influences to add in designing a business strategy, Could have focused more on the implementation as well as the key focuses on measuring success. The consultant was very knowledgeable and it was benifically to use actional business examples to set the agenda.

The location is very good as well as the course content along with LBTC hospitality in general deserves 5 stars. However, if there was one comment I would like to highlight here it would be the attitude and childish behaviors of Michael the guy at the coffee shop would for sure negatively impact this evaluation.
I enjoyed every bit of time with the consultant . She mad sure I understood everything she taught me before we left the venue. In day one; I was a bit confused ,but when we came the next day,she did everything possible for me to understand what she was teaching me. I want to use this opportunity to thank the L B T C I learned so much that will be useful to me and my organization now and in future..🙏🙏🙏
Bill was so helpful and great in delivering information. The course was full of knowledge, it can be improved by committing more to the agenda in the future, This though doesn’t quite apply because of the first couple days issue with the previous consultant, but bill managed it perfectly.
We have bad experience with your selection of our lunches and very bad services in the coffee workers.
Overall excellent except the snack bar incidents and variety of food.
It is a good place for training except that the floor seems to be too busy for business activities. Training and learning requires a serene atmosphere for one to reflect on subjects matter. There are other floors apart from the first floor which seems more of a business environment than a training one.
