Nicola did a great job and I was privileged enough to have this session one-on-one. She even adapted the content slightly based on my previous knowledge and specific interests of mine. Nicola is very knowledgeable and able to provide examples of scenarious where whatever the topic is, can be applied. The LBTC staff are very attentive (special thanks to Mounika) and Darcy ensured a high quality customer service experience.

The course was very good. The Consultant engagement was great allowing me to share my experiences and he had lots of practical sessions that leaves an imprint with you. I will love to come back for more and recommend people to LBTC. Darcy and Monica where very very friendly and lovely.
I was very impressed with Darren and his knowledge of the subject was obvious. I came to the course with very little knowledge on the subject and Darren was able to tailor the course for me and explained the topics in an easy and approachable way.
The course was well designed with a breadth of content that went beyond what would traditionally be covered in a strategy course. Having a small number of delegates was great as it allowed us the time/space to delve into specific topics of interest/of most relevance, which meant we got the most out of it. The venue was fantastic and the team was great in adapting to the issue of unexpected external building works by finding suitable solutions quickly.
The management should be flexible about those from international area that need to seek visa for the class.
Mariano was excellent. Great knowledge of the theories backed up with practical knowledge of how to apply the methodologies.
