Overall, the course was excellent however it only met half of my expectations as this was purely Quality Management Excellence and theoretically I already have existing background in Quality. My aim was to equipped with superior knowledge that could enhance my skills in Quality bringing to another level.

Disappointed to say the least. I am impressed by Abdul as a tutor and his years of experience but very disjointed with the fact I was the only person on the training and the material was very out of date. I would not come back

Really disappointed from the content. Moreover, the consultants are great.

good course but I was expecting to get more out of it. Thanks anyway will read the materials and try to get more of them.

Everything was as expected or higher except that the course is not for middle and high executives levels. I will recommend the course for lower grades personnel.
