The course was excellent but Mr. Mariano was the star of the course. I loved the course because of him, he is well educated and experienced instructor. I loved the fact he is always giving real life examples and situations happened in the past. In addition, some topics I was interested in that is not covered in the course but Mr. Mariano have addressed everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend LBTC to friends and colleagues and even more if it was with Mr. Mariano.

Despite the group dynamics of the attending delegates, which is obviously out of the control of LBTC, I enjoyed the course, got some new skills and tools, enjoyed the interaction with Federica and thought the facilities where world-class.

I could recommend to make the hours more less. I think for 4 hours is fine. The timespan lost last hours
