The place is good however the seeting as a classroom would be better in not a round table

From the Quality Management course, a key takeaway is the shift in perspective from viewing quality as a final check to understanding it as an integrated part of every process, not just at the end. The skills I've acquired, such as strategic quality planning and applying vision, mission, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality, will have a lasting impact on my career. I now feel more confident in leading initiatives that not only improve product or service quality but also enhance overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
