A truly eye opening course, which has certainly broadened my perspective on leadership and provided a deeper insight and perspective from other attendees and their experiences, leadership thoughts and perceptions. A great venue with excellent training delivery staff and support team from Chelsea Parkfields. I will be certain to recommend the course to my colleagues and friends.
Really great, supported, challenged and pushed. I have learnt so much about myself, in ways and places I had not expected. I am leaving this a better me, not just in work but personally.

A really excellent programme. In my long career in IT, this has been the best. The mix of theory and in-practice 'learn by doing' plus the built in 'time to reflect' together with the depth of knowledge and experience of the presenters all ties in to make a perfect training approach. It also builds new contacts across the organisation that we wouldn't otherwise have. Perfect. 5 stars. Would highly recommend!

I found the course extremely valuable for my leadership development. The content was well-structured, practical, and directly applicable to my role.
