Overall, a very positive programme start. Sound grounding in very specific areas, good to learn from others in the cohort on their experience and also as a tool to build the network and grow beyond the immediate scope of what has been defined. This is general awarness and fornthose Who are already aware is more like a refreshment than realising new trues of life. This was admitted honestly at the beginning that we won't be equipted with aby new tools. The change is with us. In us. We need to Get to know ourselves better which is always a good advise. And we looked in some deept on this.

Love the way of the presentations, really practical and a few slides. It is being not only about leadership but also team building and self evaluation. Finally, really appreciated the Harrison assesstment, quite useful. Thanks!

Thoroughly enjoyed the process. It got intense at times but that was good to really break me down and see what sort of person I am.
