Excellent course and the experiential part of the course was perfectly pitched and tested everyone across the week! I think the facilitators could have done more to challenge certain negative behaviours, especially when someone was getting aggressive. I also think facilitators could intervene a lot more to probe and prompt discussion rather than just expecting the group to share.
I've had a brilliant week. Very nearly broken, but so worthwhile. I want to thank everyone for the experience and particularly to my team for putting everything into it.

I would like to express my appreciation for the well-structured and thoughtfully engineered "Leadership in Management" course. The 5.5 high-impact residential sessions provided an excellent blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, which significantly enriched my learning experience. Each session was engaging and offered valuable insights that I believe will be instrumental in my professional growth. I trust and very excited for the follow-up online workshop and the full learning support that will be commendable aspects of the course.
