Very good projects. However, this was physically exhausting. Excellent caring facilitatorabout our needs, being good listener and observer. The shadow concept was awkward and might be unconformable.

Overall, we've explored essential concepts and techniques that are crucial for effective leadership, aligning with the expectations of both the company and our teams. While some of these concepts may have been familiar, the program provided valuable reinforcement through practical methodologies and actionable tools. It not only helps us grow as leaders but also builds the confidence needed to step up and face new challenges in our future leadership roles.

Fantastic - learned more about myself in 5 years than I did in 10 years.

Exceptional experience, well organized, great approach of leadership training condensed in a week, taking participants through challenging projects and out of the comfort zone. Really enjoyed it! Very supportive staff and instructors.

My first experience of experiential learning to this degree. A great way to discover, understand and embed new learnings.

The course was very well run and delivered with a good mixture of theory, discussion and group work.

Investing in developing leadership mentality and skills is incredibly important. This is even more powerful when delivered from outside the organisation as it provides insight and validation. I would like to see it linked directly to opportunities for advancement and perhaps lead to secondments to roles that people can be developed within, rather than the norm for external recruitment.
