I think it is important that we talk about these traits a lot more. Back into the work we forget them. Another point was regarding succession planning. Which we hardly do.

Very intense but learnt so much. Only feedback would be to change the last day to not be a Friday, lost peoples attention as focused on wanting to go home and journey back
