It doesn't surprise me that Gilly has a masters degree in coaching, I think that explains her uncanny ability to read people and to understand exactly what makes each one of us tick and how to get the best out of us despite only seeing us for the briefest of time. The way that she constantly finesses and course corrects as she is delivering the course, at the same time as listening, comprehending and entertaining us is majestic. Gilly's experience and understanding of the Network, its culture, the characters involved and the challenges we face results in each of us receiving a truly bespoke training experience and vitally, one that we can take away with us and drop into our real life the very next day.

Best training I've had at Hedron. What next ? : 1) Build a flexible Broker Meeting structure e.g. -Prep & Planning -Introduction & Building Rapport -Gathering Information -Identify The Broker Need - Present the Need Agree Next Steps & Action Points - Execute - Follow Up Each step ( and this has been started) could be examined for Best Practice etc. and kept up to date as the business changes etc. This is also an excellent vision & base for observation & Feedback / BDC Coaching 2) Expanding Relationships in the Client Brokers ? - Use Miller Heiman / Blue sheet as a base for this ? David
