Great course. Even though I'd done much of the content before, I still took new things away
This course was especially useful to myself as i learnt a lot more about what the business can actually provide to new and existing clients
Overall, it’s really strong. What stands out is the ability to pick up on the small details we usually talk about without much focus. Those insights can actually be quite valuable, especially when it comes to uncovering new opportunities within our existing customer base.
