This course has hugely helped my understanding of what being a people leader really is, and how critical it is to personal development, happiness at work, and the desired outcomes for a team. It has given me some tools I can apply on a practical level, while helping me consider psychological and leader-preference type theory that allows me some self-reflection and amendment of my own approach, in particular how to adapt this to different personalities. The course materials were well-considered, practical, and easy to use as a reference during and between sessions.
