Very good refresher of my knowledge and to rethink my knowledge
Good training, very good trainer supportive and have time for questions and answers, happy to give time for communication and give life experiences.
I enjoyed the training. I think it would be better to read for ourselves everything that was read out as I think you can take more in
Been a pleasure throughout the course I've refreshed up on different takes of communication and difficult situations enjoyed the group participants.
Andrea was good, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't feel I was given as many tools as I would've liked. Maybe some group scenarios to go through in the correct and incorrect way of dealing with them.
Overall a great course. Have especially taken away the AI aspect and the limitless uses of
