Needs a vending machine please

This course was well presented and was overall really helpful.

It is an eye opening, teaching me empathy, compassion and effective communication strategies, I have gained confidence in supporting individuals with dementia and understanding their behaviour.

Overall I enjoyed this course and its content and I found it informative. Some of it was common sense but other parts were enlightening.

Some technical issues with presentation. Food was good idea bit plain. Presentation team were good especially Lucy

Generally an informative course that covered the basics of understanding behaviours of concern. I have benefitted most from discussions with Debbie and her experience of the care sector. For HFHC I think this course would most benefit colleagues who are interested in becoming positive behaviour support specialists as a reintroduction to behaviours of concern.
