I thought the 2nd half of the training should be more aimed at management level

Deb was great, engaged the group very well and ensured everyone had a good understanding. She remembered everyone's names which I thought was a really nice aspect, as often in training we will have name badges or be asked several times. The course was very good overall.

Andrea was very knowledgeable and helped to make the course fun and interesting.

Informative course

I feel the course is interesting but some subjects are repetitive

Andrea was a good trainer. Location too far as I live in Grimsby, wouldn’t attend another course in Grantham

Lady with glasses removed plate before finished eating and was very abrupt and rude in numerous occasions. Room was cold. Tea removed 10 min after it came out!
