I am very satisfied with this course it provided the essential and clear guidance where the additional materials required can be easily sourced, cut through the mystery to provide good overview and clarity regarding topic and process of systems analysis.

Good introduction to the topic. I learned a few good techniques in the course which have a practical use and should support me in discussions on this topic in future.

I enjoyed the course, the content is useful and makes you think about how you approach different scenarios and to be mindful of the language, tone and body language that we use.

I thought the scenarios with role play at the end was not very effective - this would have been more useful to people who are not dealing with conflict on a daily basis.

Very well organised and the structure makes it easy to balance with work.
