I found the information useful and it clarified any parts of the workbook I was unsure off. I feel confident that I know what my role entails, when attending court to support survivors of Rape & sexual violence.

Course was very good but if I decide to run it for my team in 2026, I think it would be better to do it in person with some more role plays to engage the attendees.

More consumsr related for my job as opposed to field trips. I work at a visitor site therefore visitor setvices would be useful.

The course was delivered in an efficient way but still in a warm friendly manner.The participant's expectations were documented and covered again before the conclusion of the course.

It covered every aspect of what we come across on a day to day basis.

A very useful course that can be applied in all aspects of my role going forward.

Good presenter, good content

Before the training I would have been reluctant to take on the role of scribe. I now feel confident to do so if required. The training also brought to the fore some younger attendees who performed strongly today.
