The content could be more engaging, perhaps interactive
I feel handouts of the course content would have helped the group better understand the content that was delivered
Most of the training was basic everyday common sense. Overall I would call it a gross waste of my time.
John was very helpful and enjoyed his explanations on the course, best one I have been at in over twenty years! Office staff not that helpful, very helpful getting you booked on but on the day not that nice. Also the parking situation at health matters is really really poor, has been for years if there was another venue on offer I would definitely use.
Place was too cold and not up to standard. Very unsatisfied with facilities. Hocking to be honest
