John is a brilliant coach, trainer, educator. A great sense of humour and stories shared which had magnificent relevance to the first aid course. I really enjoyed the course and feel that I learned a lot. Thank you.
John was absolutely fantastic. I am already first aid trained but it has expired. What I learned with John in 3 days was far better than the years of training I have had before.
